With the various needs of modern life, the spare parts for producing these important products are also emerging one after another. Below we list the main application fields of these 10 types of valves.
1. Valves for petroleum installations;
①. For oil refining units, the valves required for oil refining units are mostly pipeline valves, mainly gate valves, globe valves, check valves, safety valves, ball valves, butterfly valves and steam traps. Among them, the demand for gate valves accounts for about 80% of the total number of valves (valves account for 3% to 5% of the total investment of the unit);
②. Chemical fiber devices, chemical fiber products mainly include polyester, acrylic and vinylon. Ball valve and jacketed valve (jacketed ball valve, jacketed gate valve and jacketed stop valve) of the required valves;
③. Acrylonitrile unit. The device generally needs valves produced on a large scale, mainly including gate valve, stop valve, check valve, ball valve, drain valve, needle stop valve and plug valve. Among them, gate valve accounts for about 75% of the total number of valves;
④. Ammonia plant. Because synthetic ammonia and purification methods are different, their process flow is different, and the technical functions of the required valves are also different. At present, the domestic ammonia plant mainly needs gate valve, stop valve, check valve, drain valve, butterfly valve, ball valve, diaphragm valve, regulating valve, needle valve, safety valve and high temperature and low temperature valve.
2. Application valves in hydropower stations: the construction of power stations in China is developing in the direction of large-scale, so large-diameter and high-pressure safety valves, pressure reducing valves, stop valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, emergency block valves and flow control valves, spherical seal instrument stop valves are required, (according to the National Tenth Five Year Plan, except that Inner Mongolia and Guizhou provinces can build units of more than 200000 kW, other provinces and cities can only build units of more than 300000 kW).
3. Valves for metallurgical application: wear resistant slurry valve (in flow stop valve) and regulating drain valve are mainly required for alumina behavior in metallurgical industry. The steel-making industry mainly needs metal sealed ball valve, butterfly valve and oxidation ball valve, stop flash valve and four-way directional valve.
4. Marine application valves: with the development of offshore oilfield exploitation, the amount of valves required for marine flat development is also gradually increasing. Offshore platforms need shut-off ball valves, check valves and multi-way valves.
5. Valves for food and pharmaceutical applications: stainless steel ball valves, non-toxic all plastic ball valves and butterfly valves are mainly used in this industry. Among the above 10 categories of valve products, the demand for general valves is more, such as instrument valves, needle valves, needle globe valves, gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves and butterfly valves.
6. Application of valves in rural and urban buildings: the urban construction system generally adopts low-pressure valves. At present, it is developing in the direction of environmental protection and energy saving. Environmentally friendly rubber plate valve, balance valve, midline butterfly valve and metal seal butterfly valve are gradually replacing low-pressure iron gate valve. The valves required for domestic urban buildings are mostly balance valves, soft seal gate valves, butterfly valves, etc.
7. Valves for rural and urban heat supply: in the urban heat generation system, a large number of metal sealed butterfly valves, horizontal balance valves and directly buried ball valves are required. Because these valves solve the problem of vertical and horizontal hydraulic imbalance of the pipeline, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving and heat generation balance.
8. Environmental protection application valve: in the domestic environmental protection system, the water supply system mainly needs the midline butterfly valve, soft seal gate valve, ball valve and exhaust valve (used to remove the air in the pipeline). The sewage treatment system mainly needs soft seal gate valve and butterfly valve.
9. Valves for gas: urban gas accounts for 22% of the whole natural market, with large consumption and many types of valves. It mainly needs ball valve, plug valve, pressure reducing valve and safety valve.
10. Pipeline application valves: long-distance pipelines are mainly crude oil, finished products and natural pipelines. The valves with most demand for this kind of pipeline are forged steel three body full-diameter ball valve, sulfur resistant flat gate valve, safety valve and check valve.
